These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and p999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all use of the p999 website, mobile application and any associated services, including but not limited to Casino, Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, the VIP Programme and all Promotions.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on p999. All financial transactions on p999 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. Supported methods and processing times may be updated from time to time — please refer to the payment section of your account for the current list.

Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of confirmation from your payment provider. Processing times can occasionally vary based on network conditions or verification requirements.

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.

• p999 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Ongoing promotions will honour terms as they stood at the time of opt-in.

All bets and wagers placed on p999 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, as well as the general rules outlined in these Terms. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you understand the applicable rules and accept the outcome as final.

For Sports Betting, including cricket markets, PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, football and esports:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the system. A bet slip is not a confirmed bet until you receive a bet confirmation reference.
• In-play bets are subject to a delay and may be accepted or rejected based on live market conditions at the time of processing.
• If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the rules applicable to that specific market — please check the individual market rules for details.
• p999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error occurred, or where there is evidence of match-fixing or irregular activity affecting that event.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum winnings limits apply per market and are displayed within the betting interface. These limits may be adjusted at p999's discretion.

For Casino, Live Casino and Slots:

• All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer outcomes. Results are final once a game round is complete.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live or RNG game round, the round will be settled based on the game state at the time of disconnection, where technically determinable.
• p999 is not responsible for losses resulting from network issues, device failure or interruptions on the player's side.

The p999 VIP Programme comprises four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All new accounts automatically enter at Silver tier upon their first qualifying deposit. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering activity over a rolling period as defined in the VIP programme details page.

• VIP tier benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, account manager access and exclusive tournament invitations — are subject to change. Current benefits are always displayed on the VIP page.
• VIP status is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be sold, gifted or combined with another account.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on p999. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all account balances, including any pending withdrawals:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account in another person's name.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated from a known exploit are void.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity that artificially influences the outcome of a game or sporting event.
• Using stolen, cloned or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits.
• Making chargebacks or reversals on legitimate transactions. Chargeback abuse will result in account closure and recovery of any amounts withdrawn.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform.
• Sharing account access with any third party, including allowing a family member to use your account.

p999 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial institutions in cases involving fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity. Any funds identified as proceeds of prohibited conduct will be withheld and may be reported to relevant authorities.
